Transfers
- Make your hotel reservation for stays of 5 nights or more* through our official website.
- Once you have confirmed your accommodation booking and with your booking reference number, fill in the form below to complete your transfer booking.
- It is compulsory to fill in the form to book the transfer at least 72 hours before departure and receive confirmation.
- The transfer booking must necessarily coincide with the check-in and check-out dates of your stay at the hotel.
- Here is a summary of the conditions of the Beniconnect EXPRESS CONNECT SHUTTLE transfer.
- The transfer takes place to and from Alicante airport (ALC) or to and from Alicante train station (RENFE).
- Available 7 days a week all year round (**)
- From 01 November to 31 March, we offer this service for flights departing or arriving between 08:00h and 22:00h.
- Until further notice, the transfer schedule to the hotel will only be operational for flights arriving and departing from Alicante Airport between 08:30 and 21:30.
- The maximum waiting time at the airport is between 30-45 minutes (on arrival). There are a maximum of 4-6 stops, both on departures and arrivals.
- The free transfer allows you to take one suitcase per person and hand luggage. If you add extra luggage to your booking, you will be required to pay Beniconnect for this amount on arrival and departure.

The transfer service is offered through the company Beniconnect, therefore, the Marina Resort Benidorm is not responsible for any external incident (delay/cancellation/other reasons).
(*) If your stay with us is less than 5 nights and you want to hire the transfer service, you can do it through our website, accessing the official website of Beniconnect. You will have to pay the cost of the service. The dates of the transfer must necessarily coincide with the check-in and check-out dates of the hotel booking.
(**) The transfer service will be inoperative on 25th December, Christmas Day. We apologise for any inconvenience.
